Let’s Grow Behaviour Booking Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Thank you for choosing Let’s Grow Behaviour. By booking a service with Let’s Grow Behaviour, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Parent Support Sessions
Parent Support Sessions are educational and coaching-based consultations designed to provide practical behaviour support strategies and guidance.
These sessions do not constitute psychological assessment, diagnosis, counselling, crisis intervention, legal advice, or ongoing therapeutic services.
While recommendations are evidence-based and tailored to the information provided, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Progress and behaviour change may be influenced by factors including individual circumstances, developmental needs, environmental factors, and consistency of implementation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Late Attendance
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled finish time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted Let’s Grow Behaviour, the appointment may be considered a non-attendance.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the session fee being forfeited.
Technology Requirements
Online sessions are delivered via Zoom or another nominated platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A stable internet connection.
- A functioning microphone and camera.
- A private and appropriate environment for the session.
Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations will be treated confidentially and managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy legislation.
Information may only be disclosed where:
- Required by law.
- There is a serious risk of harm to an individual.
- Consent has been provided by the client.
Scope of Service
Let’s Grow Behaviour reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate a booking where:
- The requested service falls outside our scope of practice.
- Inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behaviour occurs.
- Information provided at booking is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
Where a booking is cancelled by Let’s Grow Behaviour due to service suitability concerns, a full refund will be provided.
Changes to this Policy
Let’s Grow Behaviour reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
