Jessica holds a Master of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis and brings more than a decade of experience as an Education and Behaviour Specialist. A former Primary School Teacher specialising in student wellbeing, she has extensive expertise supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and complex behaviours across diverse educational settings.
She has delivered large-scale professional development and mentoring to educators and school teams, equipping staff with practical, evidence-based strategies to confidently reduce challenging behaviour and maintain positive learning environments.
Jessica partners closely with school leaders and staff to implement inclusive practices that enhance engagement, emotional safety, and student outcomes. Her work is grounded in behavioural science and informed by advanced training in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed education, and contemporary teaching practice, with a strong focus on building sustainable capacity within schools.
