Jessica works closely with school leaders and staff to implement inclusive practices that strengthen engagement, emotional safety, and positive learning outcomes. She is highly experienced in mentoring educators and classroom teams to manage behaviours effectively and has delivered large-scale professional development to school staff on evidence-based behaviour support practices. She provides teachers and education support staff with clear, practical strategies to reduce challenging behaviour in the classroom, enabling staff to respond with confidence and ensuring learning can continue with minimal disruption.
Her work is grounded in behavioural science and supported by extensive training in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed education, and contemporary teaching methodologies. She excels in working within school ecosystems, collaborating closely with principals, teachers, and educational aides to co-design inclusive environments that promote emotional safety, engagement, and growth. Raika is passionate about partnering with families and educators to foster healthy developmental pathways, build capacity, and embed sustainable strategies that support student well-being and learning outcomes.
Her work is grounded in behavioural science and supported by extensive training in Applied Behaviour Analysis, as well as a range of therapeutic modalities, including integrated somatic approaches such as Polyvagal Theory. She is also well-versed in Mindful Parenting, Rational-Emotive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This multidisciplinary foundation enables her to deliver a holistic, person-centred approach that addresses behaviour while honouring the emotional and physiological needs that underpin it.
